On 17 April 2013 we closed the practice for a Team Training Day for the whole team.
The aim of the training was to improve customer care for all our patients and learn to really connect with them.
Our professional trainer, Nicola from Denplan, provided a bespoke day for our specific needs. Nicola has 20 years experience of working in customer care, with much of it specifically in dentistry.
The feedback from our team was very positive and we now aim to take all we learnt further by discussing and implementing the content and improving our systems to ensure that our patients’ experienced is enhanced further.
We have 2 practice meetings each month to continually train and develop the team and make sure that we are up to date with the latest industry information and CQC developments.
